Wear comfortable, loose or athletic clothing that allows full range of motion. Avoid restrictive jeans or stiff fabrics. Barefoot, socks, or athletic shoes are fine depending on techniques; your therapist will advise the best footwear at arrival.
A 30-minute session begins with a brief intake and mobility check, then focused assisted stretches and breathing techniques targeting priority areas. The therapist concludes with practical home stretches and quick aftercare tips to maintain gains between appointments.
No special equipment is required. A clear floor space, mat or towel, and a stable chair are usually sufficient. If you have props like foam rollers or straps, bring them. The therapist can adapt techniques to your available home setup.
The session price includes a nominal $1 per mile travel fee calculated from our clinic to your location round-trip. You'll receive a transparent estimate when booking; the fee is added to your session total and charged at checkout.
We can often accommodate clients recovering from injuries or surgery, but safety is paramount. Please disclose medical history, recent surgeries, or physician restrictions during booking. Your therapist will modify or avoid techniques and may request physician clearance when necessary.
Rescheduling is easy - contact us as soon as possible to adjust your appointment. Cancellation policies apply; notify us within the specified window to avoid partial or full fees, including any travel charges already incurred by the therapist.
