My first stretch session with Worldwide Stretch Therapy with Philoy Williams was an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service felt genuinely high-quality—welcoming, professional, and focused on making sure I was comfortable and cared for the entire time.

What stood out immediately was how personal the assessment was. Philoy didn’t rush into the stretch; he took time to understand my specific needs and what I was dealing with, especially my lower back issues and tight hips. He explained what he was noticing, what we’d focus on, and made sure the plan matched what my body needed that day.

Throughout the session, Philoy guided me with clear breathing techniques that made a big difference. He consistently reminded me when to inhale and exhale to help my body relax into each position, and the breathing cues helped me release tension rather than brace against the stretch. That combination of technique and coaching made the session feel safe, intentional, and effective.

I also appreciated how he used simple nonverbal cues so I could communicate stretch intensity without interrupting the flow. Having an easy way to indicate “medium” versus “strong” helped ensure I never crossed into pain, and it felt like a smart, client-centered approach to preventing injury while still getting a deep, productive stretch.

By the end of the session, I felt noticeably better—lighter through my hips and less tension in my lower back. Beyond the physical benefits, I felt mentally more relaxed as well. The session helped reduce the “strength” I tend to carry—both physically in tight muscles and mentally in constantly pushing through discomfort. I left feeling calmer, looser, and more balanced overall.
